For most homes, twice a year (spring and fall) keeps windows looking their best. However, several factors might require more frequent cleaning: homes near busy roads, properties with pool enclosures, homes surrounded by trees, or those in areas with high pollen and dust. We recommend starting with quarterly service if any of these apply to your property, then adjusting based on your observation.

Not necessarily! For ground-floor windows and exterior-only cleaning, many clients provide access instructions and we complete the work while they're out. However, for second-story interior cleaning or if you have security concerns, we're happy to work around your schedule. We'll coordinate with you before the appointment to confirm details.

Our standard residential package includes: cleaning of all accessible interior and exterior glass surfaces, wiping down of window frames and sills, cleaning of sliding door glass and tracks (if requested), and a final quality inspection. Screen cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Yes, we do clean skylights when they're safely accessible. However, skylights often require special equipment and additional safety precautions, which may affect pricing. Please mention skylights when requesting your quote so we can properly assess the job.

We use purified water for our cleaning process, which eliminates mineral deposits that can leave streaks. This is especially important in Riverside County where our tap water contains higher mineral content. The purified water process helps achieve a spot-free finish that lasts longer.

Pricing & Payment

Understanding the cost of clean windows.

Residential pricing is primarily based on window count and home size. We offer tiered pricing for small, average, and large homes. Additional factors that may affect pricing include: window accessibility (second story, high ceilings), screen removal and cleaning, hard water stain treatment needed, and overall condition of the glass. We'll provide a detailed quote before starting any work.

Yes! We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all residential cleaning jobs. Simply contact us with your address and approximate window count, or describe your property, and we'll provide a price estimate. For large commercial properties, we offer free on-site assessments.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For commercial accounts, we also offer Net-15 payment terms with approved credit. Payment is collected upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Absolutely! We offer discounted rates for customers who sign up for quarterly or monthly maintenance plans. Repeat customers also receive priority scheduling and free touch-ups between scheduled visits. Ask about our loyalty program when you book.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Making the process work for you.

We recommend scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance for residential jobs, especially during our busy spring and fall seasons. However, we often have same-week or even next-day availability, particularly for smaller jobs. If you have an urgent need, just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Light rain doesn't typically affect our work — exterior windows get cleaned in the rain anyway. However, for severe weather or safety concerns, we'll contact you to reschedule. You won't be charged for weather-related rescheduling. We're flexible and will find a time that works for you.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to cover our team's time. We understand that life happens — just communicate with us as early as possible and we'll work it out.

We typically schedule appointments between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM for residential jobs. The exact time depends on our route for the day. For commercial accounts, we can schedule early morning (before opening) or evening (after closing) appointments to minimize disruption to your business.

Residential Specific

Questions about home window cleaning.

Yes! Screen cleaning is available as an add-on service. We'll remove the screens, clean them thoroughly (removing dust, pollen, and debris), and reinstall them. If you want screens cleaned, just let us know when booking so we can include it in your quote.

Generally no — windows with security bars that don't open cannot be cleaned on the exterior side. We can clean the interior glass, but the exterior will remain uncleaned. If your security bars have a quick-release mechanism, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Yes! We work with both property managers and tenants for move-in/move-out cleaning. We can provide a detailed invoice for landlords if needed. This service is very popular with property management companies in our area.
